Questions
What customers ask.
Short answers to the things we are asked most before an order.
Something else?
Send us a photo of the rug on WhatsApp. We reply within minutes, in English or Albanian.
How long does it take?
Your rug is back within a week from pickup, usually in 3–5 days. In peak season we tell you upfront if it needs one more day.
How do you dry the rugs?
Fully laid out or hung in a ventilated, controlled room, never in direct sun, so colours do not fade and the rug does not warp.
Is transport really free?
Yes, in Tirana and Durres, with no minimum order. For Durres the pickup follows our route days and the date is confirmed on WhatsApp.
Do you remove stains?
Common stains (drinks, food, mud, pets) are treated and included in the price. Old or chemical stains are assessed before washing and we tell you honestly what to expect.
