What we treat
Everything a vacuum leaves behind.
Dust, pet hair, sweat, spilled drinks and dust mites collect in the foam and the fabric. A vacuum cleans the surface; extraction cleans the depth.
Drink, food and oil stains
Coffee, wine, juice, chocolate, sunscreen and body oils. Each stain is treated on its own with the right product before the general wash.
Pet hair and odour
Hair is removed mechanically and odour is neutralised in the foam, not masked with perfume. Included in the price.
Dust mites and allergens
Hot-water extraction removes mites and the organic residue that causes morning sneezing and a heavy smell in closed rooms. Mattresses get a sanitising treatment on top.

Vacuum and stain pre-treatment
Step 1Deep vacuuming, a colour-fastness test on a hidden corner, then each stain treated with a specific product.
Hot-water extraction
Step 2Cleaning solution and hot water go into the fabric and are extracted immediately together with the dirt. No detergent residue, no soaked foam.
Fast drying
4–6 hoursThe fabric stays only slightly damp. With a window open or the air conditioning on, the sofa is ready to use the same afternoon and the mattress by bedtime.

How often
Once a year, twice with children or pets.
Sofas and mattresses are cleaned far less often than rugs, and age just as fast when forgotten.
No children, no pets
One clean a year, usually in spring together with the rugs, keeps a sofa from going grey and a mattress from smelling.
Children, pets or allergies
Every six months. Sweat, hair and food drops build up quickly, and dust mites multiply within weeks in warm bedrooms.
Rentals and hotels
Before and after the season, sofa, mattress and rug in one visit. Hosts and hotels get a seasonal plan with room rotation.

A photo of the sofa or the mattress size is enough for a fixed price and a date, within minutes.
Do you clean at home or take the sofa away?
At home. A sofa or mattress is hard to move and there is no need: the extraction machine washes and dries on site. We only need a power socket and some space around the piece.
How long until I can use it again?
Usually 4 to 6 hours; less with a window open or the air conditioning on. No moisture is left in the foam because the water is extracted immediately.
Can I sleep on the mattress the same night?
In most cases yes. We clean in the morning, the mattress dries within 4 to 8 hours and you make the bed in the evening. If it is very thick we tell you upfront.
Do all stains come out?
Common stains such as drinks, food, oil and pet marks, yes. Paint, hair dye and bleach are assessed from the photo and we tell you honestly what to expect. Old organic stains that reached the foam fade but may not disappear completely.
Will the fabric or the colour be damaged?
We test on a hidden corner first. Delicate fabrics and those marked "S" are cleaned with a controlled dry-foam method.
Can I combine it with rug cleaning?
Yes, and it is the practical way: in one visit we take the rugs to the workshop and clean the sofa and mattress on site. You get a single quote.
