Why it matters
The rug is the first thing a guest feels underfoot.
In season a unit changes guests every two days. The floor collects sand, sunscreen, wine stains and sea damp. That is exactly what ends up in reviews.
Sand and sunscreen
Sand grinds the fibres from inside and sunscreen leaves oily marks a vacuum will never lift. Without periodic washing a rug barely survives two seasons.
Sea damp and odour
Near the coast moisture stays in the backing. Guests smell it before they see the room, and then they write about it.
The gap between bookings
You have a few hours between check-out and check-in. The rug has to leave and return on your calendar, not ours.

One fixed rate from June to September.
Signed once at the start of the season. You know your monthly cost and we know how many vans to run. The price does not move in August, when everyone else raises theirs.

Rates are indicative and confirmed after a short site visit or a list of square metres. Outside the season the same terms apply, with pickups on request. Prices in Albanian lekë.

Your day goes into the route. One message the day before is enough, or we let it repeat automatically every week.
Monthly invoicing
At month end you get a single VAT invoice listing units, square metres and service dates.

A written quote within 24 hours.

Do you guarantee a 48-hour return in August too?
For units on a weekly contract, yes: your day is reserved in the route. For one-off orders in August the turnaround can reach 4–5 days, and we tell you before we collect.
What do I put in the room while the rug is with you?
For contracts above six units we can leave loan rugs during cleaning, arranged in advance. Otherwise we schedule the pickup on a day with a gap between bookings.
How is the volume rate calculated?
On total square metres per month, not per order. The larger the monthly volume, the lower the rate per m², and it stays fixed for the whole contract.
Do you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes, a monthly tax invoice with your company details, listing units and service dates. Sent by email, and on paper if you need it.
Do you take corridor runners and entrance mats?
Yes. For hotels these are usually the heaviest-used pieces and they are part of the floor-by-floor rotation plan.
Do you work outside Durres and Tirana?
For seasonal contracts we also serve Kavaje, Spille and Lalez when the volume justifies a dedicated run. Send us the location and the number of units.
