What is different in Tirana
Construction dust and walk-up buildings.
Rugs in Tirana have two enemies: fine building dust that works deep into the pile, and old apartment blocks where a rug is hard to carry out.
Fine construction dust
Near building sites cement dust settles into the backing and turns the rug grey. We start with a two-stage dry beating before any water touches it.
No lift, no problem
There is no charge for the floor. Two of us come and carry the rug, from the first floor to the sixth.
Tight parking
If your street is blocked or has no parking, tell us. We plan a time when traffic is lighter, usually before 10:00.
Prices
The same prices as everywhere else.
No distance fee in Tirana. Transport is free, there is no minimum order, and the discount for several rugs applies as usual. Prices in Albanian lekë; roughly 100 lekë = €1.

Pay when it comes back
No deposit. Cash in lekë on delivery, or a bank transfer. Tell us when you book if you need to pay by card or need an invoice.
Moving out of a rental?
We can deliver the clean rug to a different address or hand it to your landlord or building administrator, with a photo confirmation sent to you.

Pickups in Tirana run every working day. Message in the morning and we often come the same day.
How fast can you collect in Tirana?
Usually within one or two days of your message. In central neighbourhoods often the same day if you write in the morning.
Do you collect in Kamez, Kashar and Vore?
Yes, on a dedicated route day, Wednesday. Transport stays free and the price is the same as in the centre.
Do I need to be at home?
For the pickup, you or someone you name, so we can measure the rug together. For delivery we can hand it to a neighbour or the building administrator if you tell us in writing.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One small runner is collected and delivered free, the same as five large rugs. Rugs under 2 m² are charged as 2 m².
How do I pay?
Cash in lekë when the rug comes back, or a bank transfer. If you need a card payment or an invoice, tell us when you book.
How long does it take?
Back within a week from pickup, usually 3 to 5 days. Drying alone takes 24 to 36 hours and we never rush it, so the rug comes back dry to the base and without odour.
